Triple pack in October: Part 2/3 – Bolivia

Next up was Bolivia. Here, the Weltreisebär got to see the famous salt lake „solar de uyuni“, with a smaller, unnamed lake nearby in the background. By the way, the famous salt lake has a salt thickness of 12 to 120m, meaning even cars can drive on it. It sits at an altitude of 3500m. With Klaus, the bear then reached his highest point yet: 5930m. (The previous record was Triglav in Slovenia at 2856m). Sadly, it wasn't quite enough for 6000m, but when in doubt, it's better not to force things!
